Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Plain-language terms covering quotes, scheduling, responsibilities, and liability for booking service with us.
These terms apply when you book or receive service from Mobile Detailing Miami. By scheduling an appointment, you're agreeing to them.
Quotes and estimates
Prices given by phone or through our site are estimates based on the information you provide about your vehicle and its condition. A firm price is confirmed once the vehicle is seen in person, since size, soiling, contamination, and existing paint condition can only be assessed accurately on-site. If the vehicle's actual condition differs meaningfully from what was described, we'll tell you before doing any additional work and agree on a revised price.
Scheduling, cancellations, and weather
Appointments are booked for a specific date, time window, and location. If you need to reschedule or cancel, let us know as early as possible so the slot can be offered to someone else. South Florida weather can require last-minute changes — if conditions at your location make the appointment unsafe or ineffective (heavy rain, lightning, flooding), we'll contact you to reschedule rather than perform the service in those conditions.
Your responsibilities as the customer
- Provide accurate access instructions to the vehicle and the appointment location.
- Where a service requires water or power at the site, confirm availability with us in advance so we can plan accordingly.
- Remove valuables, cash, documents, and personal items from the vehicle before service.
- Disclose any known issues with the vehicle's paint, interior, or mechanical condition that could affect the work, such as prior repairs, aftermarket coatings, or failing clear coat.
- Confirm any building, HOA, or condo association rules about vendors, parking, or water use that may apply to your location.
Limits on results and liability
Detailing improves the condition of a vehicle but cannot always fully correct pre-existing damage. Some limitations that are outside our control:
- Paint that has already failed, oxidized past the clear coat, or been improperly repaired in the past may not respond fully to correction, and we'll assess this honestly before starting work.
- Deep scratches, dents, cracked trim, or damage beneath the surface (rust, prior water intrusion) are not created by our service and are not something detailing can repair.
- Stain, odor, and mold or mildew treatments produce results that vary by how long the issue has been present, the material affected, and whether the underlying cause (such as a leak) is resolved. We do not guarantee complete removal of long-set stains, embedded odors, or advanced mold damage.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or aftermarket modifications present on the vehicle before service begins.
We do not offer or imply any warranty on the underlying condition of the vehicle. Where a protective product such as a sealant or ceramic coating is applied, its performance depends on the paint's condition, application conditions, and how the vehicle is maintained afterward, and we do not quote fixed durability periods.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the service unless another arrangement has been agreed to in advance. The price confirmed at the time of service is the price due, absent any changes to scope agreed to by both parties.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from service provided under these terms will be handled under Florida law.
